Notre gamme d’échangeurs « Pharm’ACM » a été spécialement conçue pour répondre aux exigences de l’industrie pharmaceutique. Cette gamme d’échangeurs correspond aux échangeurs de type DTS (Double TubeSheet) décrits dans l’ASME BPE. La conception particulière des échangeurs « Pharm’ACM » permet d’éviter toute contamination et tout développement bactériologique des systèmes de production et de distribution des eaux de process.

  • The design prevents the mixing of process and utility fluids through the use of double tube sheets

  • The design has no retention zones

  • Surface finishes are controlled on the process side; roughness ranges from 0.8 µm to 0.4 µm

  • The process fluid flow is always turbulent

  • The bundle tubes are seamless

  • The bundle tubes are welded to the outer tube sheets

  • The heat exchangers are designed for both normal operating conditions and thermal decontamination applications.

  • The operating pressure on the process side is higher than on the utility side

  • The seals in contact with the process are removable and easily cleanable; they are FDA and USP Class VI certified

  • Straight-tube heat exchangers are preferred over U-tube heat exchangers

  • Each unit is manufactured in compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU

To meet the thermal-hydraulic requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, Pharm'ACM heat exchangers are studied on a case-by-case basis by our thermal engineers.
