During this operation, numerous tasks were carried out, including dismantling, bolting, lifting, assembly, welding, cleaning, insulation installation, and unbolting.
Given the scale of this plant shutdown, managing concurrent operations was a key challenge. Thanks to close collaboration with all the companies working on-site, this challenge was successfully met.
At the conclusion of this three-month shutdown, Fouré Lagadec won the Corporate Safety Challenge for the TAR 2025 Major Shutdown. 🥇
