This year, the Fouré Lagadec Boiler Making Department has acquired three new ESAB jibs to meet the high standards we set for ourselves in terms of quality and reliability.
🔧 Technical overview of this state-of-the-art equipment:
1600 A Generator Jib, seam tracking sensor
1600 A Generator Jib, mast adjustable up to +5.00 m, camera, and seam tracking sensor
1000 A AC/DC Generator Jib, compact head for internal diameters starting at 500 mm, camera, and seam tracking sensor
These jibs offer enhanced mechanical stability as well as remarkable consistency in welding currents. They also include highly valued features:
✅ Large-capacity heated flux reservoirs
✅ High-definition cameras
✅ Ergonomic remote controls
✅ Seam tracking sensors to adjust height in real time and compensate for unevenness
👉 Another major advantage: this equipment now allows us to handle welds on thinner materials, which were previously performed only manually.
Finally, we are also strengthening our quality approach through precise and documented weld tracking:
Recording of parameters
Systematic inspections
These new jib cranes are fully aligned with our goal: to combine performance, quality, and traceability to better support our customers.
