WELDED ASSEMBLY DESIGN
Based on an extensive portfolio of approved processes, our metallurgists determine resources needed for every project and, when necessary, collaborate with the laboratory to develop WPS that are adapted to specific requirements.

THREE MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
(LE HAVRE, BERRE AND MOHAMMEDIA)
WITH EXTENSIVE BOILER WORKS CAPACITIES FOR PRODUCTIONS:
- From 4 - 150 mm thick,
- Diameters up to 6.10 m,
- Using all ferrous and nonferrous metals, stainless steel, low-alloy steel, duplex and super duplex steel and cladded steel,
- With lifting capacities up to 250 tons.
Our specialties: weld overlay, heat treatments, beam tube bending.
TESTING MACHINES
Calibrated by an approved, independent body, our machines enable us to immediately perform complete chemical analyses and mechanical testing including destructive testing, microscopy, macroscopy, PMI tests in-shop and on site, spectrometer and ultrasonic testing.
QUALITY CONTROL
Qualified personnel (COFREND and ASNT-TC qualification) perform inspections in compliance with codes and customer demands.
